Saturday, July 24th marks the start of the 2010 Wildcats Campaign as the Wildcats take on the Souhern Maine Raging Bulls.
The history between the two teams stem back to 2007, when the Wildcats Joined the NEFL's Elite AAA conference. As the only AAA game in Central Mass, the Worcester based Wildcats have been representing Worcester proudly over againsts Maine's best and only AAA team.
2009 and 2008, the Wildcats pulled some pretty impressive wins against the Bulls. Of course, this wasn't an easy task as the Bulls have had one of AAA's most feared and respected running game. Our success in the past two years were preceeded by a beating duringthe 2007 regular season and pounding in the Play-Offs as they advanced to the 2nd Round.
Now can the Wildcats break the tie with a win against the Bulls at home? Come down to Foley Stadium on Chandler St. for what will undoubtedly be an exciting game.
