With the addition of a new Head Coach, A new Defensive Coordinator and a new Offensive Line Coach, it's only right that administration expand as well.
Former assistant coach Mark Anthony Rouse has made the transition from coaching on the field as an assistant coach to Director of Football Operations off the field as an administrator.
One would venture to say that Coaching experience at the semi-professional level could provide solid training for the daily operations of a football team. "It's a natural transition for a former coach to assist in the day to day operations of an organization" says Dennis. "Rouse was able to get a grasp of the talent level, demands, expectations and the overall needs of the team. We're excited to have him continue with us in his new capacity, he's a great asset to the team".
